Week Nine Binge Day

<- (not my actual sandwich) Pounding carbs is getting to be so unappealing, so once again, I pretty much just had a #cheatmeal. I did grill up a bunch of hamburgers to reheat throughout the week, and downed a couple of beers in the process. For dinner, we went to Mellow Mushroom and I got a salad and a half meatball sub on wheat with chips, all  washed down with a couple more beers. Topped off the evening with some Mango Sorbet for dessert. That’s about it! The rest of the day was on plan. Yeah I know… boring. Damage? Up 5 lbs. Gotta be water.


Cheat Day Recap

It was the best of times, now it’s the worst of times. I can’t even choke down breakfast this morning. I’ve actually made myself sick. I think I’m going to fast till supper, in fact maybe all day.  Jut keep the water going. I will not do this again. Total gain … 7 lbs.

Week Five Binge Day… Wasn’t

Was seriously food adverse yesterday and pretty much stayerd on diet.  Excptions included a couple of beers, half an italian Firehouse sub, and McDonalds apple pie for dessert.  Up about 2 lbs this morning.
