Week Nine Numbers

Here’s my numbers from this morning.

Weight = 223

Body Fat = 30.1

BMI = 32.0

Total Inches = 216.75

Weekly Change

Weight = No Change

Body Fat = No Change

BMI = No Change

Total Inches = -.125

Change From Start (9 wks)

Weight = -18 lb

Body Fat = -3.6%

BMI = -2.5

Total Inches = -12.125

Not a very good week really. Stagnant, but hey, at least I didn’t gain. I did one fewer workout this week, but was pretty much spot on with diet and everything else. Even upped my water intake this week. I have been doing intermediate fasting which was working, so that may be impacting. I’ll try upping my food intake this week. I also might need to add more cardio. I did get myself a nice jumprope a few weeks back. I’ll try putting that to work. If I up cardio and I’m still not losing anything, then I know something is going on, and I’ll need to start logging everything and do a full review.

#cheatmeal is tomorrow, and have no plan as of now, and I’m not really craving anything. I’m still way motivated, but just kind of… Meh today.
